Social networking is the ‘buzz word' at the moment in any industry. GPD is popular for organizing evening events that make networking and getting new contacts very easy! Participants experience exceptional Finnish cuisine and traditions –under the Nordic midnight sun.

Social Program in GPD 2009
In 2009, the social program introduced delegates to Finnish gastronomical delights under the bright northern summer evenings' Keskiyön auringon maassa (i.e. in the Land of the Midnight Sun).

Incredible evening entertainment created a relaxed atmosphere and ambience that was perfect for networking. This was seen in the get together party, conference dinner, city reception & the final party.

Participants also reported that they enjoyed intense & fruitful discussions during the coffee and lunch breaks in the conference program.
