Registration Information
The conference fee is EUR 150 per person for International participants. The fee includes entrance to all the two day conference sessions, conference material, coffee/tea and lunches.
For invited guests, please insert your invitation code in the field provided on the registration form to avoid being charged. For information about invitation codes, please contact Mr. Brown Onduso (brown.onduso@gpd.fi)
All fees should be paid in advance with a credit card. Cheques will NOT be accepted. The registration fee (€150) does not cover flights to and from India, insurance or accommodation. Travel insurance is recommended by the organizers.

Cancellation terms
- One (1) month prior to the conference, 85% refund will be given
- Three (3) weeks prior to the conference, 50% refund will be given.
- No refunds are made for cancellations if they are made 2 weeks or later to the conference.
Only written cancellations are accepted!
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the programme and limit the participation if necessary. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any last-minute changes to the programme. Please note that for organizational reasons, refunds will be made after the conference. The organizer of the conference has the right to select and limit participants.
Visas, Invitations and Insurance
India requires a visa from persons travelling from some countries. The conference organizer is prepared to send official invitations to the delegates to be attached with the visa application. (P.S. the invitation will only be sent after the payment for the registration fees have been received in full by the organizers). The handling time of the application may take several weeks, thus need to apply early. For further information, please contact the Indian Embassy closest to you. All participants are requested to make their own arrangements concerning insurance.
Interpretation / Conference language
The official language of the conference is English. There will not be simultaneously interpretation into English during the sessions.
